Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging and all accessories must be included
  • Product must be in resaleable condition
  • Proof of purchase (order number/invoice) must be provided

Non-returnable items: Custom-made products, special orders, opened electrical items for safety reasons, and products marked as "final sale" cannot be returned unless defective.

How to Initiate a Return

Follow these simple steps to return your product:

  2. Get Approval: Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization number (RAN) within 24 hours
  3. Pack the Item: Securely pack the product in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation
  4. Ship the Product: Use the prepaid return label we provide or arrange your own shipping (we'll reimburse you)
  5. Get Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 7-10 business days
Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email notification about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Partial refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted for items that show signs of use, damage not due to our error, or missing accessories.

Rejected returns: If your return is rejected, we'll send the item back to you and explain the reason for rejection.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for the same product in a different size, color, or specification. If you need to exchange an item:

  2. Return the original item following our return process
  3. Once we receive the return, we'll ship the replacement item
  4. If there's a price difference, we'll either refund or charge the difference

For exchanges to a different product, we recommend processing a return and placing a new order to ensure faster delivery.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with photos of the damage.

We will:

  • Arrange free return pickup
  • Send a replacement product immediately
  • Offer a full refund if replacement is not available
  • Cover all shipping costs associated with the return

Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. After this period, standard return policies apply.

Warranty Coverage

All Chirag Lites products come with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty. If a product fails due to manufacturing defects within the warranty period:

  • Contact our warranty department with proof of purchase
  • We'll diagnose the issue and determine if it's covered under warranty
  • Covered items will be repaired or replaced free of charge
  • We'll cover shipping costs for warranty claims

Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.

International Returns

For international orders, the return process is similar but may take longer. Please contact our international support team for specific instructions and return shipping arrangements.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import fees associated with returns. We recommend using tracked shipping for international returns.
