Chirag Lites offers a wide range of LED lighting products including strip lights, panel lights, aluminum profiles, and custom lighting solutions for both retail and commercial customers.

All product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display colors and images accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the actual product colors.

Custom orders and bulk purchases are subject to additional terms and conditions as specified in the respective order forms.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Payment must be received before order processing. We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and cash on delivery (subject to availability and order value).

In case of payment failures or disputes, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of the transaction.

We offer multiple shipping options including standard (5-7 business days), express (2-3 business days), and overnight delivery (next business day) based on location availability.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, customs clearance, or courier service disruptions.

Free shipping is available on orders above ₹2,000. Shipping charges for orders below this threshold will be calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery location.

We offer a 30-day return policy on most products. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Custom-made products and special orders cannot be returned unless defective.

To initiate a return, contact our customer support with your order number and reason for return. Upon approval, you will receive return shipping instructions.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

All Chirag Lites products come with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, accidents, or unauthorized repairs. Warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase.

For warranty service, contact our support team. We will either repair or replace the defective product at our discretion.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
